The House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government held a hearing this week on Joe Biden’s ongoing efforts to censor Americans’ political speech online. One of Biden’s former top censorship officials in the White House, Rob Flaherty, was among those who testified. It was rough. Not surprisingly, Flaherty was unable to answer even basic questions about the First Amendment to the Bill of Rights.
Following the hearing, the subcommittee released an 800-page report detailing the Biden regime’s unlawful censorship efforts against Americans in 2021. According to that report, Facebook, YouTube, and Amazon all changed their terms of service in early 2021 at the behest of the Biden regime.
Starting that year, Big Tech began censoring any Americans who voiced skepticism about the mRNA COVID vaccines that turned out to be toxic poison to humans. Thanks to the pressure that Biden put on these companies, far more than “misinformation” ended up being censored. (Not that the government has any right to censor “misinformation” either.)
Americans were censored for posting truthful statements, scientific studies that proved the vaccines were dangerous and ineffective, jokes, memes, opinions, and even anecdotal experiences of people who said they were hurt by the shots.
Rob Flaherty was one of Joe Biden’s appointed officials who was in charge of this war on American speech. Congresswoman Kat Cammack (R-FL) asked Flaherty if he could outline the five main tenets of the First Amendment to the Bill of Rights.
His response was amazing. It’s no wonder these people have no respect for the Constitution. They don’t even know what’s in it.
