United States District Judge Andrew Hanen of the Southern District of Texas issued a ruling on September 13 about Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). First introduced by President Obama back in 2012, it turns out it’s in fact, illegal. The nine-state suit led by Texas comes as President Biden tried to codify Obama’s work into law. While Trump rolled back the program in 2017, Texas and other states tried forcing an end to the program back in 2018.
In 2020 Trump put pressure on to end the DACA program, but a challenge in the Supreme Court ultimately struck it down. Chief Justice John Roberts ended up in agreement with infamously liberal judges Stephen Breyer, Elena Kagan, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Sonia Sotomayor in a 5-4 ruling. Trump claimed the vote violated the Administrative Procedure Act. Presently as it stands, 832,000 are covered under the DACA program.
As the ruling states, this isn’t the first problem with DACA or its little-discussed sister programs.
“In 2014, the DHS attempted to create a sister program, Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permeant Residents (DAPA), and at the same time attempted to expand the DACA program (“Expanded DACA”). The total population of illegal aliens with lawful presence due to DACA, Expanded DACA, and DAPA could have been 5.8 million (or over 50% of the then-estimated 11.3 million illegal aliens in the country). Twenty-six states, including the Plaintiff States, sued to enjoin the implementation of DAPA and extended DACA, which this Court preliminarily enjoyed in 2015.”
While they won’t explicitly shut it down, they need to jump through some hoops to get it ended. Given the number of people who have already benefitted from the program and the many who stand to benefit from it in the future should it continue, something needs to be done soon. By allowing these illegals to continue to come here and take underpaid jobs from hard-working Americans, they are choking out the economy.
Despite the liberal argument that the illegals just come and take the jobs we don’t want anyways, like working in the fields and being maids for slave wages. Instead, they are also using Tax-ID numbers for legal low-end work, using falsified documents for extra hours, or under-the-table wages to earn criminally less than they would pay the average American. This isn’t just a problem for employers, it’s a human trafficking operation, and it is detrimental to the American way of life.
For Biden and the rest of the liberals, the Supreme Court ruling is enough to keep DACA going for now, and they will use every available moment to find ways to speed up their citizenship. A lot like the cartoons of the 50s and 60s, they will try to fit 2,000 people into a tiny cramped space. Moving as fast as they can, they will rush as many through as possible, and likely just before the 2024 Presidential election.
Likely, their voter enrollment forms will be included with their citizenship papers, and collected as they depart the rooms. With absentee ballots on hand for those who won’t be able to make the polls, they will do everything they can to create as much confusion, distractions, and horrible planning as possible just before the elections.
Why wouldn’t they? It’s a great way for them to ensure they get them locked in as liberals as soon as possible, and God knows they’ll remember who gave them this opportunity, not aware of the fact that as soon as that first vote is cast, they will be forgotten. Considering how brainwashed they were by that time, nothing short of a miracle or statement from Selena herself would get them to go any other way but with the Democrats.
Sadly, that damn sasquatch of a leftist Yolanda Saldivar killed her and robbed us of that opportunity. That is unless she appears in a cup of elote. Then we might be okay.
